90 L stainless steel wood-fired water heater with Economic firebox and steel door

A domestic hot-water assembly combining a 2 mm stainless steel tank with a wood-fired stove with a steel door. Made in the European Union, it suits homes and holiday houses with a suitable chimney. The tank-mounted thermometer makes the water temperature visible.

Construction and intended use

Stainless steel tank and separate firebox

The assembly combines the water tank with an Economic wood-burning firebox. The 2 mm stainless steel tank, brick lining and steel door belong to this version. It is intended for domestic hot water, not as a central-heating boiler for radiators.

Temperature monitoring

An electric heating element or electronic thermostat is not specified for this version. Combustion and fuel loading must be supervised. Heating time and the number of showers depend on initial water temperature, fuel, draught and consumption; no fixed figures are promised.

Installation and connection diagram

A qualified authorised installer must follow the manual and the system requirements. Working pressure must not exceed 3 bar. The 90 L model has a 120 mm flue connection. The safety valve, its discharge and water-expansion protection must be fitted according to the instructions and must never be blocked.

The manual illustration is a general diagram for the wood-fired range. The 114.3 mm diameter shown in that general drawing does not replace the 120 mm connection specified for this model. The installer must check the actual connections and safety fittings before installation.

Operation and maintenance

Before lighting

Fill the tank completely with water and have the installation and chimney checked. Never light the stove with an empty tank. Use only manufacturer-approved fuels; do not burn plastics or waste. Do not exceed the 65 °C operating temperature.

Condensation and cleaning

Condensation may form on cold surfaces during initial firing; this alone does not indicate a leaking tank. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the tank approximately every three months. Limescale formation depends on water hardness. Clean the firebox, ash compartment and flue when cold and arrange periodic inspection.
