Hisense Expert Comfort 12000 BTU air conditioner: year-round comfort

Cool your room in summer, heat it in colder weather and adjust the temperature from your phone. Hisense Expert Comfort combines Full DC Inverter technology, built-in Wi-Fi and a UVC function in a wall-mounted split system for homes or offices. Its white design fits a range of interiors.

Features for everyday comfort

ConnectLife and I Feel

Built-in Wi-Fi enables control through ConnectLife. I Feel uses the remote control temperature measurement to adjust comfort around the user. Voice control through compatible services depends on your account, region and app configuration.

Turbo, Sleep and timer

Turbo increases operation intensity to reach the selected temperature sooner. Sleep mode and display dimming are useful at night. The 24-hour timer schedules switching, while automatic restart restores operation after a power interruption.

Filtration and self-cleaning

The 4-in-1 and activated-carbon filters complement the UVC function. These features do not replace ventilation, filter cleaning or a dedicated air purifier. No medical treatment effect or complete removal of all microorganisms is promised.

Sizing and installation

The 12000 BTU class is a sizing guide. Suitable room area depends on insulation, ceiling height, glazing, orientation, occupants and heat sources. Final selection should follow a heat-load assessment.

The appliance price covers the indoor unit, outdoor unit, remote control and documentation. The installation kit and fitting service are not included. Refrigerant piping, brackets, condensate drainage and labour are quoted separately. Installation and commissioning must be performed by qualified personnel.

Frequently asked questions

Does 12000 BTU mean 12000 W electricity use?

No. BTU/h describes thermal capacity. Nominal cooling output is 3.2 kW, with nominal cooling input of 970 W. Actual electricity use varies with load and conditions.

Which heating efficiency figure should I compare?

The manufacturer specifies A+ and SCOP 4.0 for an average climate. A+++ and SCOP 5.101 refer to warmer climate conditions.

Can it serve as the main heating source?

Heating operation is declared down to −20 °C, but output and efficiency change in cold weather. Primary-heating selection requires a heat-load calculation and backup where necessary.
