DEFRO Komfort Eko Lux 15 kW automatic coal boiler

Central heating boiler with automatic fuel feed from a hopper and a K1Pv4 touchscreen controller. The 15 kW model uses hard coal in the 5–25 mm size range.

Construction and functions

Steel heat exchanger, retort burner, ceramic catalysts, single-piece auger and hopper pressure equalisation. A sensor monitors hopper lid opening. The gearmotor supports automatic reverse when blocked, except the PZ version. The outer doors can be rehung. A separately supplied elbow permits vertical or horizontal flue routing.

Hopper capacity depends on fuel density. A qualified installer must size and install the boiler according to the manual for the supplied version.
