Description

Reber 9004 N — tomato sauce and homemade preserves

The Reber 9004 N No. 5 electric tomato strainer separates skins and seeds through a conical filter, preparing pulp for sauces and preserves. Its 500 W induction motor and declared throughput of 150–340 kg/h make it suitable for processing a seasonal harvest at home.

It handles raw or cooked tomatoes and can be used for preserves, jams and fruit juices when ingredients are prepared according to the instructions. Actual throughput depends on the ingredients, consistency and preparation; 340 kg/h is the declared upper limit, not a guaranteed result for every ingredient.

Standard configuration

The 500 W electric drive with the No. 5 tomato-straining assembly: body, pressing auger, loading hopper, drip tray, splash guard and one standard No. 5 stainless-steel conical filter with approximately 1.5 mm holes (5303 N).

The 1.1 mm and 2.5 mm filters are optional accessories and are not included in the standard set.

Compatible filters and attachments — sold separately

  • 5303 NP: No. 5 conical stainless-steel filter, approximately 1.1 mm holes, for finer filtration.
  • 5303 NG: No. 5 conical stainless-steel filter, approximately 2.5 mm holes, for a coarser texture.
  • 8811 N: No. 12 meat-mincer attachment with stainless-steel tray.
  • 8900 N: No. 5 grater attachment.
  • 8300 N: No. 5 dough-kneader attachment, 1.6 kg capacity.
  • 8400 N: No. 5 pasta-extruder attachment.
